Our goal is to assist public, private and nonprofit agencies identify new funding opportunities for their organizations. We can assist your organization with the planning, writing, administration and grant monitoring process. We collaborate with our clients by providing resource development, proposal preparation and grant administration. Before we begin writing we discuss and evaluate potential projects with our clients in order to create a winning grant proposal. Our professionals provide their knowledge, insights and experiences with a team approach to incorporate client feedback for the development of an accurate proposal to solidify client qualifications.

Our Professionals have provided the following services:

  1. Resource Development:
    • Defining client categorical funding needs, then matching with appropriate funding sources, and the funding entity timelines and application requirements.
    • Provide assessment of client current in-house organizational status and fiscal health, and provide recommendations to optimize in meeting funding source(s) requirements with the goal of being at the competitive edge in winning grants and contracts.
    • Accessing grant and contract opportunities, with both public and private sector entities.
    • Assisting client in developing access to appropriate up-to-date reliable data to validate ‘Need’ statements, and solidifying client qualifications to meet grant and contract need(s).

  2. Proposal Preparation:
    • Assisting clientele in responding to Contract Opportunities, RFP‘s, RFQ‘s, IFB‘s, NOFA‘s via proposal preparation.
    • Provide follow-up requirements to funding entities and represent client at ‘Site Visits’, provide presentation to ‘Evaluation Panels’.
    • Assist clientele in development and implementation of sound ‘Evaluation Tools’, across project, from start to finish - to insure cost reimbursement.

  3. Grant Administration:
    • Develop communication and reporting requirements.
    • Prepare and submit written reports on grant management.
    • Participate in scheduled staff, commission, committee and stakeholder meetings as agreed to.
    • Assist clients with content management related to Agency grants.
    • Maintain grant documentation (financial, grant metrics, addendum and extension information).
